Coleman has over 20 years of experience leading international teams in IT cybersecurity, enterprise risk and compliance programs for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Lockheed Martin, Symantec and AOL. She was instrumental in building a cyber risk and vulnerability assessment program in support of our nation's mission-critical number portability system at Neustar, and she has implemented global business continuity structures that include crisis management and incident response capabilities. Coleman became an executive sponsor for the creation of customer advocacy programs that include third-party security risk assessments and sales enablement. This resulted in large customer wins of over 160 engagements worth over $270 million. She currently owns her own security consulting practice and oversees the Information Security Program at MVB Financial Corp.
