Dalal is director of identity and access management services at the pharmaceutical company Allergan. He is accountable for global service delivery and lifecycle management of identity, account management and end-user access management processes. Prior to joining Allergan, Dalal was a senior manager in PwC's advisory cybersecurity and privacy practice.
