Kramer is a partner in the data privacy and cybersecurity practice group at the law firm Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. Previously, he was a supervisory special agent with the FBI, New York division. He joined the FBI in 1996, and after working for several years in the FBI's racketeering and organized crime section, Kramer joined the FBI's legal bureau in New York. As an FBI attorney, Kramer helped analyze and resolve complex issues of law and policy in criminal and national security investigations.
