Ducharme is the Chief Operating Officer, Fraud Risk & Intelligence at Outseer, an RSA company. He is responsible for the overall business strategy and execution of the Outseer Fraud & Risk Intelligence product portfolio. Ducharme is working to increase the effectiveness of fraud detection and prevention techniques with the use of cloud-based data science and machine learning innovations. Ducharme has more than 25 years leading product organizations in the identity, integrated risk, and fraud management markets. Prior to RSA in 2012, Ducharme served in executive leadership roles for Aveksa, CA, and Netegrity. Ducharme frequently speaks at industry events and regularly contributes articles to trade publications. He also holds several patents and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of New Hampshire.
