Cisco Taps Hathaway as Senior Adviser
Melissa Hathaway is adding Cisco to her roster of clients as senior adviser to the networking company's team responsible for developing and marketing IT security products and services.

Cisco scheduled a web broadcast Thursday afternoon to introduce Hathaway, the former White House acting senior director for cyberspace who conducted President Obama's 60-day cyberspace policy review. The company said the broadcast will spotlight the work Hathaway will be involved in to help advance cybersecurity policy and tighter partnering between the private and public sectors.

Since leaving the White House in August, Hathaway formed the consultancy Hathaway Global Strategies and serves as senior adviser to the Harvard Kennedy School of Government's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
