Correction
In the original posting of the blog, What If Congress Doesn't Pass Cyber Bill, a quote attributed to Jim Lewis of the Center for Strategic and International Studies was incorrect because of a transcription error. The quote should have read: "Now, nobody won't say cybersecurity is a problem, and that's a positive thing." .
