Richard Stiennon

Richard Stiennon is an industry analyst and adviser to many security companies from startups to the very largest. He has been writing and speaking about cyber security since 1995. Richard has 26 years experience in the industry, from pioneering MSSP Netrex (now part of IBM), to Gartner to Fortinet. He is the author of seven books, and publisher of Security Yearbook 2021. He has presented in 31 countries on six continents. Stiennon has a BS in aerospace engineering and an MA in War in the Modern World, from King’s College, London.
