A sales engineer for more than 15 years, Carlotti excelled in consultant, business developer, and presales roles. In 2007, he joined the RSA Sales Engineer team and primarily supported Channel partners in Italy on strong authentication, SIEM, and DLP practices. He then became a senior sales engineer at ARROW ECS (formerly Computerlinks) to strengthen presales activities and help maintain their value-added distributor leadership while deepening his expertise in other areas such as WAN Optimization (Riverbed), SIEM (ArcSight), IPS (TippingPoint), and more. After returning to the vendor world in 2017, he joined the CyberArk presales team as a sales engineer. He is currently the solution engineering manager for Italy.
