David Matthews
General Counsel, National Restaurant Association
Matthews is general counsel of the National Restaurant Association. He brings a unique background of business development, technology and operations to the position of general counsel. Prior to this position, he served as executive vice president of innovation at the association and was responsible for business development, marketing, partner products, membership and international development. He began his tenure at the National Restaurant Association as the senior vice president of technology and operations and the Chief Information Officer. Matthews has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry.
