Alpern leads Informatica's team of Data Security subject matter experts. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that customers and partners understand the breadth and depth of Informatica's data security solutions, including Secure@Source, the industry's first Data Security Intelligence product. He has been with Informatica for six years. Prior to joining Informatica he held various leadership roles with Applimation, and independent software company focused on information lifecycle management. Alpern lives in New York City and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Boston University.
